Do you want to help create better conditions for development within healthcare and emergency care? We are now looking for a structured and engaged administrator/project coordinator for an EU-funded project focused on strengthening competence, collaboration, and working methods in the field.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have education as a medical secretary or other relevant administrative education. You have good administrative skills and thrive working in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner in a supporting role. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of English and previous experience in administrative work.

What you will be working with

As a project coordinator at Region Norrbotten, you will be a central function in the project's daily work. You are responsible for coordinating, administering, and documenting the project's activities, as well as creating good conditions for participants to focus on their core tasks and contribute to achieving the project's goals. The role includes ensuring a well-functioning administrative structure throughout the entire project process. You work with ongoing documentation, follow-up, and archiving, and prepare material for reports and presentations in accordance with the requirements for EU-funded projects. Furthermore, you are responsible for practical project services, such as booking meetings, premises, and travel, and serve as a support to the project management in planning and implementing the project's activities. You also play an important role in communication between the project's internal and external stakeholders, contributing to smooth information flow and adherence to administrative routines. Through your work, you create structure, order, and continuity in the project.

Note that the position is conditional upon the project being awarded project funds. Employment can only begin once funding confirmation has been received.

Information about the position

We offer a fixed-term full-time employment with daytime working hours for a period of two years.

Selection and interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
