Consumer Finance AB has been in operation since 2002. The company is expanding and now needs to grow its team with a Finnish-speaking employee in Kalix.

The company collaborates exclusively with leading companies within the banking and finance sector, where we primarily perform customer service tasks for existing customers.

About the role:

As a Customer Advisor/Case Handler, you will work for a bank that is a leader in its field. You will become an important part of the customer experience, helping customers, answering questions, and informing them about the bank's services and products via phone in a professional and trustworthy manner.

To ensure you feel confident in the role, you will receive an introduction of approximately two weeks, during which you will gain a good understanding of the service offerings and job responsibilities.

You are offered a fixed monthly salary that is higher than the collective agreement salary, as well as extra commission if you meet the company's set goals. Working hours are daytime, 08:00–17:00.

Requirements:

The main requirement we have is that you view your work professionally and approach your tasks in a results-oriented manner.

You have an outgoing personality and are skilled at using the phone as your primary tool to explain our clients' services and products honestly and trustworthily. We place great emphasis on you being reliable, responsible, self-motivated, positive, flexible, and always customer-focused!
