As a Consultant Manager Assistant with us, you sit in our newly renovated office in central Luleå together with happy and driven colleagues. Responsibilities

In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you work approximately two days a week in addition to your studies. The schedule is set weekly and is based on the workload for the following week, as well as the opportunities available based on your study schedule. Please note that we view it very positively if you are flexible and, during periods of high workload, can also assist during evenings and weekends.

As a Consultant Manager Assistant at our office in Luleå, you relieve our Consultant Managers and help with all parts of the recruitment process. This means you help with writing job ads, candidate selection via CV screening, phone screenings, and reference checks. In the long run, you may also take your own interviews and take ultimate responsibility for simpler processes. The role also involves assisting with administration related to the employment itself, such as rolling out schedules, administering employment contracts, and salary statements. In the role of Consultant Manager Assistant, you have a varied daily routine where no day is like the other, and you have many contact points – from candidates and consultants to internal employees.

At PN, you will get all the tools to develop and build a career within recruitment. During your holidays, you are expected to work full-time and act as a Consultant Manager. You will then work together with the other assistant teams around Sweden to manage the daily operations.
