About the Role

Now is your chance to take on a fun and rewarding summer temporary position in a social and service-oriented environment! We are looking for you who want to work as a lunch relief assistant for two weeks this summer and who thrive on providing professional and welcoming customer service. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting employees and customers
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Communication with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Handling mail, invoices, and deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a "mood manager" and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsibility for conference rooms and office rounds
• Working at various events

Who are you?

You are a true service star who loves personal interaction. We are looking for someone who wants a developmental and fun summer job where you can utilize your cheerful and positive demeanor. To fit this role, we believe you are a responsible, social, and organized person. You are also proactive, positive, and solution-oriented.

Requirements

• Experience in previous service-related work
• High school diploma or higher
• Technically skilled and IT mature
• Experience with the Office package, with other systems being a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

About the Employment

The position is a temporary contract during weeks 30-31, with working hours scheduled between 10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday. There may also be opportunities to work more during the summer.
