This is what we offer you

As a vocational teacher in our Electrical and Energy program, you will have an important role in giving students a strong start in the industry. You plan and lead teaching both in our workshop environments and out on job sites, together with engaged colleagues and cooperation partners within the profession.

We are a small school with short decision-making paths where you quickly get to influence how the education develops. Here you will find experienced colleagues who share their knowledge and provide you with support and materials for a really good start.

Have you not worked as a teacher before? No worries! We offer a one-year introductory course that gives you a pedagogical foundation and confidence in the school's governing documents.

This is what we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience from the Electrical and Energy industry and want to be part of training the professional experts of the future. You can be a trained vocational teacher or have a relevant professional background and want to take the step into the teaching role; the most important thing is your commitment, your professional knowledge, and your desire to see young people succeed.

The position is a permanent full-time position where you teach and supervise students in courses within the Electrical and Energy program. You will become an important and driving force in shaping the students' path to working life, both in teaching and as a mentor.

We would like you to enjoy combining practical moments with theory and to have a structured way of leading students forward. You work closely with both colleagues and the industry, and with us, you get to be part of the important development work as we build a new and attractive program.

You don't need to have all the answers from the start! With us, there is a strong team that supports you and gives you the best conditions from the very beginning.
