Then this could be the next step in your career! 🚀 We are now looking for a Specialist in Securities Administration for a consultancy assignment with an established player in the financial industry in Stockholm.

In this role, you will become an important part of the operations and be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processes within securities administration and financial transactions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administration of securities transactions within equities, bonds, derivatives, and currencies
• Liquidity management as well as reconciliation and matching of financial transactions
• Handling of dividends and corporate actions
• Ongoing contact with custodian banks, counterparties, and other external parties worldwide
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality and efficiency in processes

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a person who enjoys administration, has an eye for detail, and thrives working in a structured environment where quality is crucial.

We believe you have:

• Experience in administering securities transactions
• Experience in liquidity management and financial reconciliations
• Knowledge of dividends and corporate actions
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have experience with one or more of the following systems:

• SimCorp Dimension
• CTM
• CLS
• C&I Online
