We are now looking for personal assistants for a client in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. You will have the opportunity to be an important part of the client's life by contributing to a safe and meaningful everyday life. The position involves varied tasks where your effort makes a direct difference.

Who are you?

We believe you are a caring and responsible person who is sensitive to the needs of others. You have a positive attitude, enjoy being active, and are flexible in your work. Experience as a personal assistant and experience working with a low-affective approach are meritorious, but most importantly, you have the right personality and attitude – we ensure you receive the training and introduction you need!

Tasks

As a personal assistant, you help our client with household chores, leisure activities, and social interaction. You work in the client's home and adapt your support based on their unique needs and wishes.

The position is 50% with the possibility of working extra hours, and the working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 12:00-18:00 as well as 1-2 weekends per month.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working with people with epilepsy.
• Knowledge and experience of low-affective interaction.
• Driver's license & access to a private car.

Requirements:

• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Personal suitability is highly valued.
• Accustomed to physical activity.
• Non-smoker and smokeless tobacco user.

YOUR SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base hourly salary + holiday pay as well as possible shift allowance (OB). Collective agreements apply.
