Our client is currently in an exciting transformation phase where systems are being harmonized across the entire organization. A comprehensive system change is underway, and we are looking for an administrative star who can step in and support the team. About the role

As an HR Administrator, you will relieve the organization's HR Coordinator during a comprehensive implementation of the new system. You will be part of an engaged People & Culture team and act as the central hub for administrative matters in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

The role involves broad administrative responsibility where you handle the entire chain from contract drafting to system registration to ensure smooth HR operations during ongoing change work.

  • Manage and draft employment contracts in SD Worx.
  • Register personnel changes.
  • Coordinate ongoing HR administration for employees in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
  • Update and maintain information on the company intranet.
  • Support the People & Culture team.
  • Ensure data quality during the transition to the new HR system.
  • Provide administrative support during contract drafting and personnel changes.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Studies or another main occupation.
  • Basic understanding of systems.
  • Experience in administrative HR work or contract drafting.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed with new digital tools.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Advanced knowledge of SD Worx or HiBob.
  • Experience acting as a super user in HR systems.
  • Participation in previous system implementations.
