RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of administrator, you will provide administrative support to the principal, teachers, and students. You will collaborate with teachers in daily work and work together to create a good learning environment for the students. The administrative work will include, for example, managing orders for office supplies, handling invoices, and working in the SchoolSoft system, as well as creating and managing employment records in Heroma. Furthermore, you will maintain ongoing contact with external partners, serve as the fire safety officer, handle support for our student laptops, and be part of the school's attendance and safety team as well as the management group. The position also includes responsibility for substitute teacher management during both daily absences and schedule-breaking activities, as well as providing support as a resource for individual students or classes/groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have previous work experience in administration and education. You have good computer skills and experience with common systems within the school sector and personnel systems.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

Junkaremålsskolan's operations for grades 7–9 house approximately 330 students and 50 staff members. Our operations offer opportunities for student coaches, support teachers, and student health services to support students' development and learning. You work together with the principal and colleagues to provide students with the best possible education. Here, you have the opportunity to work at a school focused on the students' best interests.

The Resource School is aimed at students who need extensive and long-term special support. It is a small unit that offers greater opportunities for individual adjustments in teaching and the learning environment. The Resource School works to create inclusive teaching and an adapted school environment for students who need it most.
