Communicator with Special Strength in Content Production

One of our current communicators will be focusing on the development of the municipality's website over the coming year. Therefore, we are now looking for a communicator with special strength in content production.

About the Team and the Role

You will become part of a team with broad competence in communication, destination development, public guidance, budget and debt counseling, as well as consumer counseling. Together, we are 19 employees distributed across the units of communication, contact center, and Consumer Höglandet.

Our common mission is to make it easy for residents, businesses, and visitors to access the municipality's information, services, and offerings. We support the municipality's operations in their communication work, develop and manage the municipality's communication channels, and contribute to strengthening trust in Nässjö Municipality as an organization and place.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves both strategic and operational tasks, with a focus on planning and creating content for the website, social media, and media outlets. To succeed in the role, you need to be a skilled writer with a good sense of language, tone, and target groups. The role also includes acting as a communication support to the urban planning office and contributing to the development of their communication.

Have a structured approach to work and find it easy to collaborate with different operations and professional roles.

Qualifications and Merits

You have an academic education in media and communication or equivalent competence as assessed by the employer. Web, social media, and Adobe CC are natural tools in your work. Experience in press, project management, and moving images is meritorious. Experience working within municipal operations and the public sector is also considered a merit. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
