Your Responsibilities

The work will primarily take place in the reception area. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Opening and closing the health centre daily.
  • Greeting patients and providing a warm welcome.
  • Registering visits and managing appointments (calling and cancelling).
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from both patients and colleagues.

We strive for the right competence in all areas. Providing good service and working in a patient-safe manner are central to your professional role.

About Us

Gislaved Health Centre has approximately 15,000 registered patients and over 50 employees across various professions. Here, we work together across boundaries and leverage each other's competencies. The health centre in Gislaved is part of the Bra Liv Health Centres group.

Our goal is "Better health for all," which should permeate every interaction with patients and colleagues. We achieve this by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience and interest in administrative tasks and/or reception work. Familiarity with the Cosmic medical record system is a plus. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate participating in the group's shared tasks.

You are service-oriented, have a welcoming attitude, and work in a structured manner. We value your willingness and ability to find solutions. Previous experience from healthcare or as a nursing assistant is considered an asset.

Our operations are built on personal meetings where your engagement and professional attitude contribute to development and continuous improvement. Social competence and the ability to structure work are key qualities for this role.

What We Offer

  • A fixed-term position (full-time) for 6 months (with possible extension).
  • Alternatively, a part-time position during the summer.
  • Work in an inspiring team with a high degree of collaboration and communication.
  • Working hours Monday–Friday with flexible working hours agreement. Opening hours are 07:45–17:00.
  • Opportunities to participate in development projects.
