Are you a structured and communicative person with experience in insurance administration? Do you want to work independently while collaborating in an engaged team? Then you might be the Central Insurance Coordinator Peab Byggservice AB is looking for!

In the role of Central Insurance Coordinator within Peab, you will play a key part in our organization, responsible for administrative tasks, invoicing, and ensuring a high level of service both internally and externally. You must have full proficiency in the MEPS software, possess a business mindset, and be skilled in both verbal and written communication.

We prefer that you have a background in the construction industry and previous experience with insurance matters. Most importantly, we value that you are solution-oriented, able to prioritize your tasks, and maintain a professional approach in both internal collaboration and external customer relations. You will be part of Byggservice and report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the MEPS software, including calculations, invoicing, contracts, and other related tasks.
  • Support local offices with the MEPS system and insurance matters.
  • Serve as the coordinating link for Byggservice within insurance affairs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with insurance companies, policyholders, and internal contacts at Peab.
  • Work independently with responsibility for your own tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of service both externally and internally.

Competencies and Experience

  • Good experience with the MEPS software (full proficiency).
  • Post-secondary education in fields such as technology or construction is meritorious.
  • Work experience from insurance companies and/or a construction technical background is meritorious.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Good financial understanding and experience with calculations and computations within insurance affairs.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize between different tasks and identify what needs to be done.
  • Experience in prioritizing and organizing work tasks.
  • Good teamwork skills combined with decision-making ability.
  • Good administrative skills and experience with invoicing.
  • You should have good computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B).

You maintain a high service level and are professional and business-minded. Furthermore, you are confident in your interactions with clients and customers, as this is part of your daily work. Additionally, you are accustomed to taking significant responsibility and driving work forward.

The position can be located in Gothenburg, Borås, or Jönköping.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.
