We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for a client in the manufacturing industry in Jönköping.

This is a consulting position for approximately 12 months, working about 50–60% of a full-time equivalent. The position will be filled in mid-August, and the selection process is ongoing, so do not hesitate to submit your application.

What does the role involve?

The main responsibility in this role is to handle the company's supplier invoices and ensure they are processed according to established guidelines. In addition, your duties will include ongoing bookkeeping, cash/bank bookings, and regular reconciliations.

The role involves extensive contact, both internally and externally. Internally, you will primarily collaborate with managers regarding account coding, while externally you will interact with suppliers. Communication is a key part of the role, and a service-oriented mindset is crucial for success.

We prefer that you are on-site at the office 3–4 days a week. The location is in Jönköping.

Who are you?

We believe you have some form of post-secondary education in economics or finance, along with a few years of relevant work experience. You handle numbers and people professionally and understand what it takes to provide good and fast service within the financial sector.
