The Role of Receptionist

Bra Liv Gislaved Health Centre is seeking a receptionist. The work will primarily take place in the reception area. This includes, among other things, being the face of the health centre, opening the centre in the morning, receiving patients, registering visits, making and cancelling appointments, answering the phone, and responding to questions from staff and patients, before closing the centre at the end of the day.

We strive for the right use of competence at all levels of the health centre. Providing good service and working in a patient-safe manner are key parts of your professional role.

We Offer

A full-time fixed-term position for 6 months (with a possible extension) or alternatively, an hourly temporary position during the summer, with immediate or ASAP start.

Your Profile

You have experience and interest in administrative tasks and/or reception work, and preferably experience with the Cosmic medical record system. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate participating in the group's shared tasks. You are service-oriented and have a welcoming attitude when receiving all our patients who pass through our reception every day. You work in a structured manner and have the will and ability to find solutions. If you are a nurse assistant or have experience from healthcare, it is an advantage!

We place great importance on personal suitability, where qualities such as social competence and the ability to structure work are significant.

Working hours Monday–Friday with a flexible working hours agreement. We are open from 07:45–17:00 every weekday.
We are looking for someone who is keen to work in our reception over the summer and autumn, or alternatively, only during the summer.
