As a Social Media & Content Creator, you are responsible for planning, producing, publishing, and monitoring content across our social channels. You will work both strategically and operationally, from concept to final content. One day you might be planning content and campaigns for our social channels, and the next day you are producing reels, managing influencer collaborations, or creating content for our websites.

• Plan and execute content days for video material
• Take responsibility for ideas, scripts, filming, and editing
• Track KPIs and analyze statistics to identify what works and how content can be developed
• Publish content on social media and actively engage with the audience (comment, reply, interact)
• Manage influencer marketing: identify relevant profiles, initiate collaborations, and follow up
• Photograph and film using a DSLR/mirrorless camera, and be comfortable in front of the camera when needed
• Manage content for multiple brands within the company

We believe you are a creative person who loves social media and has a genuine interest in cycling.

• Spend a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Be up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and what drives engagement
• Enjoy filming, photographing, and editing content

Above all, we believe you have a strong interest in cycling and understand the audience we communicate with.

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and how to increase organic traffic on social media
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in content production for e-commerce
• Interest in hockey
