Do you want to take full responsibility for accounting in a stable and successful family-owned company with strong brands behind it? In collaboration with Mpya Finance, Atteviksgruppen is now looking for a service-oriented and business-driven accounting manager for their office in Jönköping!

Atteviksgruppen has an annual turnover of approximately 3 billion SEK and employs around 500 people in total, of whom 9 work in the finance department. Here, you will become an important part of a business with local roots and a long-term ownership structure, while operating in a context linked to some of the strongest players in the automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Annual reports
• Tax and VAT reporting
• Analysis and follow-up of financial results
• Involvement in budgeting and forecasting
• Account reconciliations
• Prepare and quality-assure reports and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking
• Involvement in the development and efficiency improvement of processes and working methods
• Support the business with accounting-related matters

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics and several years of experience in qualified accounting. You prepare financial statements and annual reports independently and have good experience with the K3 accounting framework. Furthermore, you feel confident handling VAT and tax; perhaps you have experience from the automotive industry? We expect you to be proficient in working with large business systems and Excel. It is meritorious if you have worked with Visma, Qlik, or Medius, which are the systems used here.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have an interest in improving processes and working methods. You work independently and proactively, take initiative, and drive the work forward with a solution-oriented mindset. For you, it is natural not only to identify problems but also to take responsibility for finding sustainable and efficient solutions.

You are curious and engaged, and you have the desire to help develop and streamline work processes and the finance function. You thrive in an environment where you are given significant responsibility, while also appreciating collaboration and contributing to a positive team climate. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
