Atteviksgruppen in Jönköping is recruiting a BI Controller, a business-critical role at the intersection of finance, IT, and operations. In this position, you will have overall responsibility for the on-site BI solution and will be driving the further development and implementation of Power BI as a reporting tool, ensuring the organization receives relevant, reliable, and visualized decision support. Main Responsibilities

As a BI Controller, you take ownership of the implementation of Power BI – which is in the pipeline – and further develop structures, reports, and working methods. At the same time, you serve as a key person in supporting the business with analyses, KPIs, and insights that create real business value. The role involves close collaboration with the Group CFO, to whom you also report. You will also work closely with the Group IT Manager and other colleagues in the finance team, which consists of 9 employees.

• Integration of Power BI as a reporting tool
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Automate reporting processes and visualize KPIs
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Participate in improvement projects regarding data quality, reporting, and business processes
• Focus on transforming data into insights that support strategic and operational decisions
• Improve efficiency, profitability, and data quality, as well as explain why changes occur in the company's figures

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have an academic education in economics, systems science, or equivalent, and who have several years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on controlling and analysis. You have a good understanding of accounting and the closing process, which gives you confidence in working with financial data in a transaction-heavy business. You have documented experience with Power BI – not just as a user, but also in developing data models, building reports, and dashboards. Furthermore, you have very good skills in Excel and are accustomed to handling and analyzing large datasets, with experience of larger financial systems.

As a person, you are business-driven with a strong focus on structure and quality in your work. You take responsibility for driving the work forward, act proactively, and have a clear focus on finding effective solutions. With your high analytical ability, you easily see connections in complex data and transform these into concrete insights and suggestions for improvement.

Furthermore, you are communicative and relationship-building, with a pedagogical approach that allows you to explain and visualize figures to different parts of the organization in a trustworthy manner.
