About the Role of Area Manager
As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you have personnel responsibility for a group of unionized employees who deliver our services at customer sites. Your primary focus is to ensure that your employees are happy, developing, and have the right conditions to deliver world-class customer service – every day.
You lead, coach, and follow up on your team, work actively with resource planning, scheduling, and competence development, and are responsible for ensuring that staffing is always optimized. To create long-term satisfaction and a sustainable work environment, you work proactively and ensure that the next day's schedule is always fully functional.
In this role, you handle daily questions and issues from both employees and customers, acting flexibly, efficiently, and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for onboarding new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments.
Together with your team, you work to create profitable growth in the area, including everyone in the common goals and building a strong team spirit.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who combines care and clarity in their leadership with drive, structure, and a business focus towards our customers. You enjoy working closely with people but also with numbers, target monitoring, and problem-solving. You create security within the team while developing customer relations and business. Finally, we see that you have good analytical skills and an interest in working towards clearly set goals.
Key Requirements
- Experience or interest in workforce management and/or personnel responsibility
- Strong service orientation and focus on customer care
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
