We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured person for a logistics support assignment at Stena Recycling in Värnamo. In this role, you will focus heavily on data quality and system understanding in connection with a system change. You will provide support to affected regions by identifying, correcting, and ensuring the quality of data directly in the business/case management system. The work is detail-intensive, requires independent decision-making, and the ability to understand how actions affect the whole.
You will play a key role in the implementation and system change to be carried out. You will get to familiarize yourself with Stena Recycling's business to ensure the quality of the data to be transferred from the old to the new system. The role also involves working within logistics support, where you are a key person in the daily logistics flow. You are responsible for receiving and weighing in incoming and outgoing material flows, both locally and remotely across several branches in the region. You work closely with on-site production staff and also support sales and other functions in matters concerning transport and logistics. A large part of the work is administrative, where you, among other things, handle transport documents, create basis for financial documents, and follow up on any deviations.
The assignment is full-time with working hours scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. The start is planned for week 36, and you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work on-site at Stena Recycling in Värnamo.

We also look for the following qualifications:
- Documented experience of working in business or case management systems, preferably with a focus on data quality or system administration.
- High digital maturity and system understanding.
- Relevant work experience from sales, customer service, or business administration.
- Good knowledge of the Office package and very good knowledge of Excel.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and see the big picture.
- Upper secondary education.
