CANEA is now looking for an Education Administrator who wants to play a key role in ensuring our courses maintain high quality – both practically and content-wise.
As an Education Administrator, you will become a central part of our Education business area. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on our open and company-adapted courses in a professional and structured manner.
You will be responsible, among other things, for planning, coordinating, and following up on open and company-adapted courses. The role includes planning course sessions, booking training venues, handling course materials, and ensuring quality assurance of educational materials together with course owners and instructors.
In your daily work, you will:
- Plan and schedule open course sessions.
- Coordinate with instructors and course owners prior to courses and ensure everything is in place before the course starts.
- Book and coordinate training venues in Gothenburg and other locations.
- Monitor course occupancy and handle administration related to course sessions.
- Ensure that customer contact and education-related information is documented in the CRM system.
- Be responsible for printing, packaging, and dispatching course materials.
- Participate in work related to standards, e.g., ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and act as a contact person for external organizations such as IRCA and PMI.
- Drive improvement work for our management system for controlling educational activities.
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience in administrative work, preferably within education, course, or conference operations.
- Have good system proficiency and feel comfortable with administrative systems, preferably CRM.
- Are structured, self-motivated, and able to prioritize when the pace is fast.
- Enjoy working both administratively and coordinatively.
- Are good at collaborating and communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Merits if you have:
- Experience working with course or educational materials.
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Interest in areas such as project management, quality, environment, or business development.
- Good knowledge of English.
