We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Job Matcher who is passionate about creating job opportunities and building relationships with employers. In this role, you will work on matching job seekers with vacant positions and actively creating employment opportunities through contact with companies and employers. Responsibilities

• Match candidates with open jobs and training programs.
• Contact and visit employers to establish recruitment collaborations.
• Present candidates and market their skills to employers.
• Actively work to create interviews, internships, and employment opportunities.
• Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.
• Document and report results.

• Post-secondary education of at least 120 higher education credits or equivalent.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, employer relations, or labor market initiatives.
• Strong ability to create and develop relationships with employers.

• Business-minded and results-oriented.
• Social and outgoing.
• Initiative-driven and self-motivated.
• Skilled at building networks and creating trust.
