We are expanding our team with a personal assistant as one of our current stars is moving on to new challenges. Our client is a warm and positive woman who, after suffering a brain tumor, lives with hemiplegia (paralysis on one side) and uses a wheelchair. She is over 60 years old, lives in her own apartment, and is looking for you who wants to become part of her daily life – a reliable and helpful friend who supports her in living a rich and independent life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be her support in all parts of daily life, from cleaning, cooking, and grocery shopping to helping with laundry, personal hygiene, and social activities. Sometimes there are activities outside the home, so if you enjoy being social and flexible, this role is for you! Here, we value collaboration, creativity, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere – your presence becomes an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You must be a non-smoker! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for you who are positive, patient, and look forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Working hours: Weekdays + weekends, 24-hour shifts

Employment level: 50–75 % during the summer, 100 % from August 1st.

Salary: The hourly rate is fixed by agreement, and other allowances are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately, running as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
