Our client is a 22-year-old man who needs support and assistance from personal assistants. He lives in Lidköping with his family and has a disability in the form of autism.

As a person, he is very interested in computers, so it is a plus if you have some knowledge of the computer world. It is an active family that enjoys doing things together. The family travels abroad occasionally, and the client's assistants accompany them. The client already has a fantastic team of assistants, and we are looking for you to become part of that team. We are primarily seeking a woman, as our client feels more secure with female assistants.

The client is sensitive to perfume and allergic to fur-bearing animals. Therefore, we are looking for someone who does not have fur-bearing pets and does not use perfume during working hours.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

Working as a personal assistant is a developing and stimulating job where you will grow as a person. You will assist our client in daily activities, spend time in front of the computer, and engage him in his daily life. Since he travels frequently, he needs an assistant who can accompany him on these trips.

Experience with autism is an advantage. You should be a calm person who can read situations and adapt to the client's needs. It is an advantage if you live in Lidköping, have a driver's license, and access to a car, as you will be traveling to various activities during leisure time.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with autism.
• Experience with low-affective handling (low-arousal approach).
• Category B driver's license.
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• English in speech.
• No fur-bearing pets.

Working Hours and Employment Degree

• Summer substitute position, with the possibility of continued extra employment if needed after the summer.
• Start date by agreement.
• The work may involve traveling abroad in connection with the client.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
