About the Client

We are looking for a personal assistant interested in working pedagogically with our client. He is 25 years old and lives independently in Södermalm. He is on the autism spectrum and has epilepsy. This means our client requires personal assistance around the clock, year-round. He needs constant active supervision.

You will work in his home environment, outdoors, and also at day activities. As a personal assistant, you will need to help and support our client in all daily situations. The role involves being constantly active and creative with him. Duties include helping with meals, personal hygiene, communication, and more. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to his well-being and adaptable in different environments.

Your Skills and Requirements

• Enjoy going on outings and being outdoors.
• Be creative and active.
• Be able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Be fluent in Swedish (writing, understanding, and speaking).

Previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior is a merit. A requirement is the ability to read situations and the client's well-being, and to act accordingly. You need to be in good health as he is active. In this assistance role, we strive for high quality with a focus on the client's self-determination and independence. Job Details and Conditions

Working hours vary. Shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. We are looking for someone who can work 80–100 percent.
