About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everyday occurrences as well as basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant

Merits for the position:

• Experience with catheters and enemas

• Fluency in Greek

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with varying degrees of employment. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and/or night. Waiting periods during the night may occur.

Position 1: 50%. Week 1 Mon-Tue 09.00-17.00. Week 2 Thu 09.00-09.00, Sat 09.00-17.00.

Position 2: 60%. Week 1 Tue 17.00-00.00, Fri 17.00-17.00. Week 2 Mon 09.00-17.00, Fri 09.00-17.00, and Sun 17.00-09.00.

Position 3: 42.5%. Week 1 Thu 17.00-09.00. Week 2 Tue 17.00-09.00, Fri 17.00-09.00, Sun 09.00-17.00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: As per date or according to agreement.
