Are you an experienced and knowledgeable person with expertise in autism, challenging behavior, intellectual disabilities, and low-affective interaction?
In this role, it is crucial that you can stay one step ahead, as our target group requires constant supervision and support. You should have a deep understanding of various behaviors and the ability to identify solutions based on your pedagogical knowledge. We value a curious and open approach to the individual's needs, as well as a willingness to adapt methods to the person's unique situation.
Examples of typical tasks:
- Accompanying the client during various activities.
- Social exposure in different environments.
- Support with communication.
- Support during new social encounters.
