We are looking for an experienced personal assistant with a strong interest in working pedagogically. He is 26 years old and has autism along with an intellectual disability. He needs assistants for support and help with daily chores, communication, and to engage in activities in the best possible way. You need to be in good physical shape as he enjoys moving around and goes on several long walks a day.

Work involves days filled with laughter and fun, but also occasions where your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and challenging situations. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to the client's well-being and adaptable in different environments. Assisting with interpreting, explaining, and mediating the surroundings is of great importance. This position also includes supporting him with all daily errands.

You should have the following qualities/interests:

• Enjoy being outdoors
• Be resourceful and creative
• Be able to remain calm in all situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish, as daily documentation is required

This is a casual hourly position, but there is also an opportunity to work after the summer. Working hours vary. Shifts are scheduled during the day, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
