Charlie is now hiring a Content Manager for a rapidly growing company in the lifestyle and retail sector. We are looking for someone who wants to build and develop the company's content strategy from the ground up. This role offers a key position in an entrepreneurial company where creativity, commercial thinking, and strong execution are in focus.

We are looking for you who want to combine strategy with operational drive and are motivated by creating content that strengthens the brand, drives sales, and builds long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with marketing, creative, e-commerce, PR, and external partners to ensure that all content maintains high quality and reaches the right audience in the right channel.

About the role
As Content Manager, you are responsible for the company's overall content planning and production management across multiple channels. You will own the content process from idea and brief to final delivery and publication. The role is both strategic and hands-on, meaning you will initially also coordinate productions, brief creatives, and ensure projects move forward at a fast pace.

You will play a central role in building structure around content, campaigns, and channel strategy while helping to shape the future content team. In the long term, UGC creators and social media resources will report to you.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company's overall content strategy and content plan across relevant channels
  • Plan and drive campaigns linked to launches, brand, and sales goals
  • Translate business goals into clear content needs, messages, and channel priorities
  • Own and drive the content process from brief to publication
  • Coordinate creatives, photographers, stylists, influencers, and external partners
  • Ensure content maintains the right tone, quality, and visual level
  • Adapt content according to channel, audience, and purpose
  • Work with content for social media, web, newsletters, retail, PR, and paid social
  • Follow up and analyze content results based on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversion, and sales
  • Contribute insights regarding audience behavior, channel development, and content formats

Your profile: We are looking for someone who is strategic, structured, and has a strong drive to get things done. You combine creative flair with commercial thinking and thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility, drive multiple projects in parallel, and work closely with both creative and business-driving functions. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a good sense of brand, tone, and quality at all levels.

  • 3–5 years of experience in content, social media, marketing, brand, or a similar role
  • Experience planning and leading content production from brief to delivery
  • Good understanding of brand building, campaign logic, and digital distribution
  • Accustomed to working with content calendars, campaign planning, and multiple parallel projects
  • Experience with analysis and follow-up of content results
  • Completed upper secondary education

We consider the following highly meritorious:

  • Experience from startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing consumer brands
  • Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, health, or premium retail
  • Experience working with influencers, UGC, or creator networks
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or WordPress
