About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for a communicator for our client, a modern and values-driven educational institution characterized by openness, development, and close collaboration among staff. Here, work takes place in an environment where digitalization and flexibility are central parts of the operations, and where new ideas are encouraged. The work will primarily be carried out on campus in Falun, but work also takes place on the Borlänge campus. Remote work is not permitted.

The following tasks may be included in this role:

• Internal and external communication work, primarily at an operational level
• Plan, execute, and evaluate communication initiatives
• Target group surveys
• Design informational materials
• Advising colleagues on communication matters
• Brand work
• Publish, update, and analyze information on external and internal websites
• Work with digital channels and social media

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a communicative and self-motivated person with strong drive and a good sense for target-group-adapted communication. You are structured, unpretentious, and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people. At the same time, you enjoy taking initiative and driving the work forward. You have an interest in digital communication and are accustomed to working both operationally and advisory in communicative matters. Furthermore, you are creative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create clear and engaging communication across several different channels.

Qualifications:

• University education, for example in media and communication or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary school education or equivalent, plus five (5) years of work experience as a communicator
• Knowledge of digital communication and social media
• Knowledge of brand building
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good knowledge of editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) as well as web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of clear language (klarspråk)

Scope and start date

Part-time 32h/week, consultancy assignment for 3 months. Start date: 2026-09-01.
