About the assignment

The assignment involves supporting a unit within public administration by handling less complex parts of case processes and associated administrative tasks. The consultant relieves regular employees of work related to assessment, administration, and preparations linked to decisions within the operation. The work involves both internal and external contacts and is performed on-site at the operation's premises.

Responsibilities

• Handle less complex parts of case and assessment processes
• Ensure that incoming cases are complete according to current regulations
• Administer, register, and prepare decision materials
• Relieve the operation with simpler administrative tasks related to public authority functions
• Contribute to the structure and development of the operation's working methods
• Handle contacts with internal and external parties within the framework of case management

Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, you must meet the following requirements:

• Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as law or social sciences
• At least six (6) months of experience in similar tasks
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good computer skills and ability to work in different IT environments

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Previous experience of independently handling and making decisions in cases within other public operations
• Previous experience of public authority functions
• Experience of working based on legislation
• Experience of dealing with customers or citizens in demanding situations
• Good knowledge of English in speech
• Knowledge of other languages in addition to Swedish and English
