Finnstaskolan is a school for grades F–6 (preschool class to grade 6) located in Bro, with approximately 430 students. Around 60 people work here. The school is characterized by a family-like atmosphere, well-developed safety work, and structured recess activities. We actively work to strengthen the language development of all students and offer a language track for children with general language disorders or severe expressive language disorders.

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher in Wood and Metal Craft for grades 3–6 on a 60% basis. You will be part of one of our primary school teams and work together with both teachers and leisure center staff.

To succeed as a teacher with us, you have good leadership skills, pedagogical insight, and strong collaboration abilities. You are structured, flexible, and self-initiating, and you dare to think new thoughts and engage. You are familiar with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary teaching based on the students' prerequisites.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Wood and Metal Craft for grades 3–6.
• Use digital aids as a natural part of your teaching and plan your teaching based on the Swedish National Curriculum for Compulsory School, Preschool Class and the After-School Centre (Lgr22).
• Easily create relationships and see collaboration with students, colleagues, and guardians as an obvious success factor in your work.
• Are confident in your leadership and use support structures that benefit the students' knowledge acquisition.

About the position

The position is permanent at 60%. Probation may apply. Start date according to agreement.
