We are looking for an engaged and present preschool teacher who wants to help create a safe, joyful, and developmental preschool environment where the children's best interests are always at the center. You, as the applicant, should be a secure and independent educator who contributes to a warm community between children, staff, and guardians. At our preschool, care and learning are equally important parts of the role.
About the Preschool
The preschool is a parent cooperative where guardians contribute to the operations through engagement and board work. The pedagogical work is led by the principal and educators.
The preschool has short decision-making paths, low staff turnover, and the staff have good opportunities to influence the development of the operations.
Job Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher with us, you will:
- Plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities according to the preschool curriculum
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues in the work team
- Have a leading role in the pedagogical work on the department
- Be responsible for the department's systematic quality work
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites
The daily life at the preschool is changing, which places demands on flexibility and cooperation skills.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed preschool teacher
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Desirable personal qualities:
- Flexible and solution-oriented
- Engaged with high work ethic and self-sufficient
- Positive and contributes to a good work climate
- Secure in the leadership role and a good role model for children and colleagues
- Has a professional approach and values good collaboration with children, guardians, and colleagues
- Has trust in children's competence and right to influence

Employment Conditions
- Employment type: Permanent part-time position (80%)
- Probation period: 6 months
