You will step into a central role in a team driving AI and automation within Digital Workplace. Here, you will make new technology understandable, relevant, and usable in everyday life by creating security, understanding, and engagement around AI-based ways of working in Microsoft 365. The focus is particularly on Copilot and Power Platform, where you help the business move from curiosity to actual usage.

You will work closely with product owners, initiative leaders, the business, and other key roles to ensure that training, change management, and user adoption align. This role suits you if you thrive close to users and want to combine pedagogy with structure, follow-up, and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence how AI support becomes a natural part of work in a complex IT environment.

• You plan, lead, and conduct training initiatives regarding Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• You create target-group-specific training materials, such as guides, videos, presentations, and user journeys.
• You follow up on the effects of training, collect feedback, and adjust initiatives to increase adoption and utility.
• You support and further develop an internal user community.
• You train and guide users in safe, responsible, and ethical AI usage.
• You build and maintain a Use Case Library.
• You drive role-based training for different target groups, such as leaders, finance, communication, and frontline staff.

• You have documented experience in conducting training and creating pedagogical training materials within Digital Workplace.
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• You can drive activities independently and collaborate closely with the team within AI and automation.
• You can analyze effects, collect feedback, and optimize training initiatives.
• You have basic competence in Power Platform.

• Experience with agile ways of working.
• Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments.
• Experience working data-driven with adoption.
• Experience building and driving Champions programs.
