We are looking for a new star to join our team for on-call work. You will have great opportunities to influence your own working hours and become part of a secure, engaged, and close-knit team.

You will be working with a social, active, and cheerful 31-year-old man in Stenungsund. He has cerebral palsy (CP), uses a wheelchair, and has reduced vision, which means he needs support in daily life. Communication is done through individual words and signs, so we are looking for someone who is perceptive, patient, and attentive.

Together, you will find activities such as walks, outings, beach visits, or an ice cream in the sun. With his positive energy and social personality, he contributes to making workdays both fun and meaningful.

A day at work may involve:

• 🏋️‍♂️ Pep him up and motivate him during training – and make sure it's fun!

• 🎳 Join him for bowling, swimming, or other fun activities.

• 👀 Be his support in daily life and help him get the most out of his day.

• 🚀 Create a safe and inspiring environment where you together ensure that "things happen".

Scope and Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.

• 📊 Contract: Hourly employment on an as-needed basis to cover unstaffed shifts in the schedule. Please note that on-call duties are in addition to the fixed employment percentage.

• 🕒 Shifts: 24-hour shifts with on-call duties.

Recruitment Process

We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for an initial interview. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we strictly follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Terms

To be employed by us, you must be at least 18 years old, able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required as both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.
