The project is carried out at our meeting places in Vårberg, Hässelby, and Mariatorget in close collaboration with the young people themselves, TalangAkademin, Digital SYV, and other local actors. The goal is to develop a model that can be integrated into regular operations and disseminated to other actors working with similar target groups.
About the role
As Project Manager, you will play a central role in setting up, implementing, and further developing the project together with young people, colleagues, and collaboration partners.
You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and contribute to developing methods, activities, and approaches that strengthen young people's opportunities to shape their own futures.

Merits include

Stockholm City Mission is a non-profit organization working to create a more humane society for everyone. We do this by working with social care, education, and labor market integration. Something we have done since 1853 when we were founded to help those who had it worst in society.
Our goal is for everyone to get new life chances, strengthen their empowerment, and be included in society. Stockholm City Mission offers people emergency help, advice, and support for social rights, housing, work training, and education to prevent and break exclusion. Our primary tool is that people strengthen their belief in themselves and their own abilities. In this way, we create a sustainable and more humane society for everyone together.
