We are now looking for an experienced HR Administrator with experience from the public sector.

About the position

  • Scope: Full-time (100%)
  • Start: Immediately
  • Duration: 9 months, with possibility of extension
  • Workplace: You will be employed by Poolia but work on-site at our client's premises.
  • Remote work may be possible after agreement with your direct manager.

Your main responsibilities

  • Administration of cases in the HR system Primula.
  • Payroll accounting in close cooperation with managers, researchers, and project economists.
  • Conducting monthly payroll checks.
  • Processing within the entire HR area, including recruitment advertisements, employment decisions, and salary issues.
  • Issuing various types of certificates, such as insurance certificates and employer certificates.
  • Supporting managers and employees in personnel matters, including work permits, insurance, and employment issues.
  • Monitoring fixed-term employment contracts and applying labor law regulations.
  • Key person for practical tasks related to on- and off-boarding of employees and guests, such as access cards, SIM cards, SU accounts, PO boxes, and personal lockers.
  • Support in connection with the arrival of international employees in Sweden, including contacts with the Swedish Migration Agency, Social Insurance Agency, Tax Agency, and Research Tax Board.
  • Coordination and administration of visiting researchers.
  • Administration in connection with doctoral dissertations (disputations).
  • Backup regarding expense and travel reports, and contact person towards the travel agency Amex.

Other administrative tasks may occur. You report to the administrative manager and HR responsible person and work in close cooperation with the administrative unit.

Who are you?

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or similar.
  • A university degree or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
  • Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using the MS Office suite.

Merits

  • Experience with the personnel system Primula and the recruitment program Varbi.
  • Experience working in the public sector.
