This is a full-time position based at our office in Alviks Strand, Stockholm. The role encompasses two main areas of responsibility:

  • Service of process administration. Approx. 70% of the time.
  • Recruitment and training of our process servers. Approx. 30% of the time.

What does the case handler role entail?

As a case handler here, you are responsible for administering and managing cases from start to finish. You will have daily contact with our process servers and clients. A process server might wonder what to do next in a specific case, or a client might call to see how a service of process went in their particular situation.

Examples of tasks:

  • Assign and follow up on cases: Review incoming cases and assign them to process servers. Ensure that all documents and details are correct and complete.
  • Continuous communication: Maintain daily contact with both clients and process servers to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure correct case handling. You will also answer questions about how services of process are conducted or what happens next in the process.
  • Research and supplementation: Perform "detective work" by carefully investigating new cases, supplementing, and gathering information that facilitates the service of process and ensures the process continues smoothly.
  • Review and approve outcomes: Ensure that all documents and outcomes comply with our procedures and legal requirements. Review and approve registered outcomes to ensure everything is correct before moving forward.
  • Suggest improvements: Continuously suggest improvements to our routines, processes, and systems. We want to make it easy for you to perform your job.

What does the recruitment coordinator role entail?

As a process server coordinator here, you help build, develop, and follow up on our network of process servers across Sweden. You will contact individuals interested in working as process servers, conduct introductions and information meetings, and help new process servers get started in a secure and structured manner.

Examples of tasks:

  • Recruit new process servers: Publish job ads, contact potential candidates, and follow up with individuals who have shown interest in working as process servers.
  • Conduct information meetings: Host digital meetings where you explain the role of a process server, how assignments work, and what is required to get started.
  • Onboarding & introduction: Guide new process servers through the process from first contact to being ready to take assignments. This includes collecting information, answering questions, and ensuring everything is correct.
  • Administration & registration: Handle administration related to new process servers, including documentation, internal systems, and notifications to the County Administrative Board.
  • Ongoing contact & follow-up: Act as a contact person for process servers out in the field, follow up on their work, and ensure they have the right information and support for their assignments.
  • Suggest improvements: Contribute to developing how we recruit, introduce, and follow up with our process servers, making the process clearer, smoother, and more efficient.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives working both independently and in a team. You are driven and committed to delivering quality in every part of your work. Experience in administrative work is advantageous, but we primarily value your ability to take responsibility and contribute to our joint efforts.

We believe you have:

  • Very good computer skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems and tools.
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within service of process, debt collection, or similar areas. Or perhaps an interest in legal processes!
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, and/or training.
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach, where you can quickly review and supplement information.
  • A desire to continuously suggest and implement improvements that streamline our work.

What we offer:

  • Development and innovation: Here, you get to be part of developing a modern industry where technology and efficiency are in focus.
  • Close client contact: You will work closely with both our clients and process servers and help develop the industry.
  • Flexible and dynamic work environment: We offer a workplace characterized by high tempo, flexibility, and a culture where we ensure we have fun while remaining serious about our work.
