Do you want to be the hub between the business operations and IT providers? We are looking for a service-oriented Workplace Specialist who wants to ensure a smooth digital workplace and contribute to a first-class user experience.
About the role
As a Workplace Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a well-functioning digital workplace for the organization's employees. You work closely with the business operations and external IT providers, focusing on Microsoft 365, Teams, license management, and user equipment. The role combines operational work with coordination, vendor management, and continuous improvements to create an efficient and user-friendly IT environment.

Responsibilities
The role entails overall responsibility for the company's Workplace environment, where you optimize services, manage licenses, and steer external partners to give employees the best possible conditions.
- Steer and specify requirements for the external First Line Support provider.
- Administer and optimize licenses within Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Manage the lifecycle of computers, phones, and other user equipment.
- Coordinate orders and ensure the distribution of hardware.
- Work operationally with Incident, Problem, and Change Management according to ITIL.
- Identify and drive improvement measures within the Workplace area.
- Monitor the provider's delivery and escalate incidents if necessary.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working within Workplace/Modern Workplace with a focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, license management, user equipment, and the digital workplace.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Has experience managing the lifecycle of hardware and IT equipment.
- Has experience with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, or Change Management.
- Has experience with vendor management or collaboration with external IT partners.
- Has good administrative and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
