Do you want to work in a small team with small children's groups?

We are a team of seven staff members working with 34 children across three departments. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a small team and, together with colleagues, develop the preschool's activities. The preschool works using the "I Ur och Skur" method, and much of our teaching and training takes place outdoors on our yard and in our forest. The children are given the opportunity to learn through the interaction between the outdoor and indoor environments.

We assume that you have an interest in outdoor life and can see the benefits of outdoor pedagogy and experience-based learning. You value the importance of building good relationships with colleagues and parents, and you keep the children in focus.

About the preschool

Our well-established "I Ur och Skur" preschool was founded in 1989 and is located in Bromma, close to the subway station at Åkeshov. The preschool borders a small forest and is within walking distance of the nature reserves Judarn and Kyrksjön.

About the position

As a preschool assistant (barnskötare) here, you will work:

• based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for the preschool
• together with the children in both planned and spontaneous teaching
• independently as well as together with colleagues
