Coordinator Wanted for Assignment in Stockholm (Akalla)

Medix Bemanning is currently looking for a coordinator for an assignment with an established operation in Akalla, Stockholm.

The assignment starts within a week and initially runs for one month to cover a temporary absence. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension and potential continued employment with the client.

About the Role

As a coordinator, you are responsible for the daily planning of the operation. The role involves ongoing contact with staff as well as administrative tasks related to staffing and operational support. You will work closely with the operation's management and have support from the unit manager when needed.

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 06:45–15:45

Location:

Akalla, Stockholm

Requirements

• Experience with Epsilon/Alfacare
• Experience in coordination, planning, or staffing
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience in personnel planning and scheduling
• Previous experience working as a coordinator within healthcare and social care
