1 part-time position approx. 70% with shifts scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

We are also looking for 2 hourly substitutes who can step in as needed.

The client has a disability and autism, and leads an active and social life with several interests. Music, exercise, excursions, and various activities are an important part of daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in creating security, participation, and a functional daily routine.

The work involves, among other things, accompanying the client to activities outside the home and providing support in daily routines.

The client prefers male applicants.

Tasks:

• Support in daily routines and household chores.
• Assistance with personal care, dressing/undressing, and meals.
• Practical support at home and during activities.
• Transfers and some physical assistance may occur.

The shifts for the part-time position are scheduled as follows:

• 11:00–18:00 weekdays.
• 15:00–21:00 weekdays.
• 09:00–18:00 every other weekend.
• 12:00–09:00 every other weekend (overnight).

About you:

We are looking for someone who is engaged, sensitive, and enjoys working with people. You are responsible, flexible, and have the ability to collaborate with others, as the work sometimes takes place together with colleagues.

The work involves manual transfers, which means you need to have good physical fitness. It is also important that you are not allergic to fur-bearing animals, as cats live in the home.

Requirements:

• Good physical fitness.
• Professional experience in personal assistance or work within healthcare and social services.
• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals.
• Non-smoker.
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).

Scope: 1 part-time position (70%), 2 hourly substitute positions as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Because the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
