I have muscle weakness and need practical assistance in my daily life. However, I am independent in my thoughts, decisions, and will.

It is important that you understand that we work together – you perform the practical tasks, I steer my life.

The work involves among other things:

• Personal care
• Mobility and transfers
• Everyday chores around the home
• Being part of what happens in my life

You do not need prior experience. Routines can be learned. What cannot be taught as easily is the right attitude.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is calm and confident in themselves
• Has patience and is attentive
• Can be flexible when needed
• Is physically fit and can handle an active job
• Understands the value of respect and integrity

This is a close-knit job. Personal chemistry is important. We will spend many hours together, so I am looking for someone who is warm, stable, and professional, and who understands the balance between being personal but not private.

A driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working Hours

• Some weekdays from 08:00–16:00
• Every other weekend
• It is also important that you can be flexible and step up when needed, as life cannot always be planned in detail.

The position is open from September, but there is a smaller need before then during the summer. So, an introduction and the opportunity to start working a little bit are available already this summer. This will also give us a chance to get to know each other.
