We are looking for a childcare worker (100%, fixed-term)

We are looking for a qualified childcare worker for one of our departments at the preschool, for children aged 1–3. We prefer that you have experience working with children in groups. If you are trained in Montessori pedagogy or have worked with this method, it is a plus.

You are secure in your adult role and have the ability to meet each child individually. We value good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different prerequisites for acquiring knowledge. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a listening and flexible manner, while also being skilled at building and maintaining relationships with other children, colleagues, and parents.

You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment from August 10 to December 31, 2026. The temporary position may be extended.

Monthly salary according to agreement
