Personal Assistant Wanted for 3-Year-Old Boy in Uppsala – A Role with Great Responsibility and Impact

This is a job for you who wants to make a real difference in a child's life. The role involves significant responsibility where your presence, engagement, and ability to create security are crucial to the boy's daily life.

The work takes place in the boy's home in close collaboration with his parents. The position is part-time with the possibility of working up to approximately 75%, and working hours are primarily evenings, nights, and weekends.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the boy's daily life. Your mission goes beyond practical support – it is about creating security, closeness, and stability.

You help the boy in everyday life, are close by during care and rest, and support play and activity. The role requires that you are attentive, empathetic, and willing to learn the boy's way of communicating and expressing his needs.

The boy has a great need for closeness to feel secure; therefore, your ability to create calm, trust, and confidence is central to the work.

Basic Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Swedish
• Is a non-smoker
• Can handle heavy lifting
• Can work in a home with a cat

Background Check

Upon employment, you must be able to produce an extract from the criminal record. This is done in accordance with the Act (2010:479) on background checks of persons who are to work with children.
