Support Worker for Adult Housing with Substance Abuse Issues

Berthåga Supportive Housing provides housing and support for adults with substance abuse issues. The facility has 13 places, and the work is highly varied, tailored to the individual's needs. Key responsibilities include supportive conversations, motivation and activation, as well as practical assistance with daily tasks.
Working Hours
Shifts are scheduled during the day, evenings (with occasional overnight duties), and weekends.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience working with individuals facing similar challenges is desirable. We prefer candidates with education as a social pedagogue or treatment assistant. As a person, you should be respectful in your interactions and take responsibility for your work. A valid B-class driver's license is required.
About the Position
Start date and salary are negotiable. The employment percentage is 80–100 %.
