We are looking for experienced assistants with experience in low-affective interaction, autism, and visual support.

About the client:

A happy and active young man who enjoys going for walks, cycling, swimming, and participating in active activities. He also has a great interest in video games, computer games, and tech gadgets.

Personal qualities and experience:

We are looking for someone who is calm, has a strong work ethic, is responsible, active, and engaged.

Advantageous if you have experience working with a low-affective approach, handling epileptic seizures, being solution-oriented, and idea-rich.

Communication is very important, so you must speak fluent Swedish.

Since the client chooses their assistants, we place great emphasis on personality.

About the employment:

The work is scheduled during the day, afternoon/evening, weekends, and holidays. You will work based on a fixed schedule but may also be called in on short notice for sick leave coverage.

You will be part of a secure, loyal, and present team.

You should be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. You will receive introduction and training from the client to ensure routines and security between you and the client.

A extract from the criminal record will be requested before employment can begin, so it is good if you have a current record ready.
