Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Criminality Coordinator for the Individual and Family Administration who wants to contribute to a safer Landskrona.

Society faces complex challenges related to crime, the recruitment of young people into criminal activities, and the need to support individuals in leaving a criminal lifestyle. We are looking for you who thrive in this type of assignment where you get to create structure in complex cases, build relationships in difficult situations, and drive collaboration forward. You are at your best when you are in the middle of operational efforts while keeping the overall picture together.

About the Position

As a coordinator, you are a key person in the city's work against crime, which includes both crime prevention work and helping people leave criminality. You coordinate efforts, handle cases, and act as a link between the city, the police, and other collaborating actors.

You work both strategically and operationally, from participating in collaboration forums to meeting individuals and families in need of support.

Your Tasks

• Coordinate and handle cases from a crime prevention perspective
• Coordinator for the crime prevention program "Rätt kurva" (Right Curve)
• Maintain ongoing contact with the police and participate in joint meetings
• Handle dropout cases
• Give lectures and information campaigns
• Provide support and advice to colleagues and operations
• Participate in the development of routines and working methods
• Follow up and document cases

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a relevant university education, such as a social worker or criminologist
• Have experience working with crime or social work
• Are accustomed to collaborating with multiple actors
• Have good ability to structure and drive work forward
• Feel confident in meeting people in vulnerable situations
• Have a driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have worked with dropout activities, have experience from the municipality, police, probation service, or have experience in crime prevention work. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
