We are now looking for personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time.

Introduction and work will begin during the summer, with a good opportunity for a permanent position starting in the autumn. From autumn, the role will also involve accompanying and supporting the client at her daily activities.

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and has great patience. You must be able to handle situations with a low-affective approach and have the ability to distract, motivate, and "play along" when the client becomes stuck or displays problematic behavior. It is important that you can create a sense of security and build a good relationship with the client.

We would appreciate it if you:

• Are responsible and responsive
• Have a calm and stable approach
• Are flexible and solution-oriented
• Have experience with autism or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Driving license and access to a car are required!

Experience in healthcare and social care is meritorious but not a requirement – personal suitability is highly valued.
