Job Responsibilities

As a qualified preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching children aged 1-5 based on international, national, and municipal guidelines. You actively work to promote each child's development and learning through a conscious pedagogical approach based on the preschool's common agreements. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating the activity based on the curriculum's goals, as well as documenting and analyzing how these goals are integrated into daily work. You are also responsible for developing action plans for children in need of special support. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in the work team, where you jointly develop the pedagogical activities and create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
