Samskapa is a professional alternative with high capacity, but also soul. We believe in models, but we believe even more in people. It is not the manual that changes lives, it is the adult who stays when the wind blows.

About the position
We are in a strong growth phase and are looking for more employees who want to support children and young people. The target group is young people within person group 1 with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions.
You will be a significant adult providing support to young people living in their own accommodation according to LSS (9:8). This may involve helping to plan the day, creating clarity regarding activities, supporting in social situations, accompanying them to school or activities, and providing support in handling changes or challenges in daily life.
You work based on each young person's implementation plan and adapt the support to the individual's needs, daily condition, and ability. The goal is for each young person to have the opportunity to live a meaningful life with increased quality of life, while developing important social and practical skills.
You work independently with great personal responsibility, but within a clear framework where work environment and safety are always prioritized. The assignment takes place in close collaboration with social services, guardians, schools, and other professional networks to create a cohesive and secure intervention around the young person. Documentation and follow-up are a natural part of the assignment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Education in healthcare, social work, or pedagogy
- Experience working with young people, preferably within LSS or similar
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Educations or courses adapted for the target group
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) and challenging behaviors, such as self-harm, OCD, or eating disorders
- Experience or knowledge in handling threats and violence
- Knowledge of low-arousal approaches
- Basic knowledge of BBIC.
- Experience with journal systems
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is secure in themselves and has the courage to stand firm even when emotions run high. You meet young people with empathy and curiosity and have the patience to build relationships that create security and trust over time. At the same time, you need to be able to be clear, low-arousal, and flexible when situations change.
You work calmly and structured even in challenging situations. Since you often work independently, you need to be responsible and have good judgment. When the team meets, you contribute by sharing experiences, wise thoughts, and joy in work.
You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are motivated by supporting young people in their development. Following their progress and contributing to increased security and independence is, of course, a major driving force in your work!
We offer you:
We understand that good work with young people requires the right conditions. Therefore, you get with us:
